I have spent my life in dancing and as a teacher in constant search of how to improve my students and to teach them moving and dancing in a biomechanical sound way respecting physics.

There are a lot of theories out there based on lessons given by teachers on what they feel when they are dancing and what words they use when teaching and trying to improve a dancer. These words and feelings then become a kind of standard wisdom.
